Being a caregiver can be challenging. Often individuals put their own needs and feelings aside to focus on the person with cancer. The stress can harm both the caregiver's physical and psychological well-being. The caregiver must take care of themself so that they can take care of their loved ones in need.
MAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF

RELAX
Take at least 15-30 minutes each day to RE-CHARGE.
PERSONAL LIFE
Don't neglect your personal life. It's okay to cut back on personal activities, but don't cut them out entirely.
