RISE STRONG
Your Comeback Starts Here

Your body has fought hard — through treatment, surgery, swelling, fatigue, fear, and the long climb back to feeling like you again. Whether you’re going through treatment, rebuilding as a survivor, managing lymphedema, or supporting someone you love as a caregiver, you’ve all carried a weight most people will never fully understand. CCR Personal Training gives every one of you a place to reclaim strength, confidence, and control with guidance that meets you exactly where you are.

Designed by a Two‑Time Cancer Survivor
These programs weren’t created in a classroom — they were built through lived experience. Designed by a two‑time cancer survivor and backed by the credentials of an ISSA Elite Trainer and ACE Cancer Exercise Specialist, this training approach understands the fear, the fatigue, the setbacks, and the determination it takes to rebuild a life after treatment.
This is not traditional fitness. This is survivor‑informed, clinically guided, purpose‑driven rehabilitation for people who deserve a safe place to get strong again.

THE CCR TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Stronger Bodies. Safer Movement. More Confident Living.

The CCR Personal Training Experience is built for cancer survivors, lymphedema patients, and anyone who needs a training approach that understands the body’s history — not ignores it. Every session blends strength, mobility, breath, and nervous‑system awareness so you can rebuild with confidence, not fear. These programs weren’t created in a classroom — they were built through lived experience.

What Makes CCR Different
-
Oncology‑Informed Coaching — Training designed by professionals who understand treatment side effects, surgical limitations, and lymphedema risk.
-
Strength With Safety — Smart programming that builds muscle, stability, and endurance without overloading vulnerable areas.
-
Lymphedema‑Aware Movement — Compression‑friendly strategies, swelling‑management techniques, and movement patterns that support lymph flow.
-
Customized Modifications — Every exercise can be adapted for fatigue, scar tissue, range‑of‑motion limits, or asymmetry.
-
Progress You Can Feel — Better balance, stronger legs, improved posture, and more confidence in daily life and on the trail.
Outcome‑Driven Program Design

Strength Training
Strength Training builds the muscle, joint support, and metabolic resilience your body needs to move confidently in daily life. Every session targets functional patterns — pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, carrying — with load levels that respect surgical history, fatigue, and lymphedema risk. The outcome is simple: a stronger, more capable body that supports you on the trail, at home, and in recovery.

Mobility & Flexibility
Mobility and Flexibility restore the movement your body may have lost through treatment, scar tissue, or years of guarded posture. Sessions blend controlled range‑of‑motion work, gentle stretching, and joint‑specific mobility drills. The outcome: freer, smoother movement with less stiffness, fewer compensations, and more confidence reaching, twisting, and lifting.

Balance & Stability
Balance and Stability training strengthens the small stabilizing muscles that protect your joints and reduce fall risk. You’ll practice controlled weight shifts, single‑leg stability (without single‑arm work, honoring your preference), and core‑supported movement patterns. The outcome: better control, safer steps, and the ability to navigate uneven Colorado terrain with confidence.

Posture & Core
Posture and Core work focus on deep core activation, rib‑cage alignment, and upper‑back strength — all essential for survivors managing scar tissue, asymmetry, or lymphedema. Movements are standing, functional, and independence‑focused, just like you prefer. The outcome: a stronger midline, improved breathing mechanics, reduced strain on the neck and shoulders, and a posture that feels natural, not forced.
