Complete Cancer Rehab is the second physical therapist I have used for treatment after my Parotid Gland surgery. There is no comparison, from Covid safety procedures to working with insurance companies/Medicare, to the quality of the therapy. The therapy can be painful at times, but that is how progress is made. Soft massage feels good, but I wonder how effective it is. Dr. Erin is conscious/considerate when the treatment becomes too painful, but she knows that I am looking for results, so she challenges me – which is what I am looking for. I first became a patient of Liz’s while recovering at Reunion Rehab in Northfield. After my time there I eventually found out that she had moved over to Complete Cancer Rehab, so I immediately jumped at the chance to receive further treatments from her. Her intuitiveness and expertise in treating my lymphedema are second to none. She knows exactly what areas in me require additional time and attention and her lymphatic treatments are highly effective. Her compassion and caring come out in every session we have together. Since I have a multitude of conditions that effect my overall body edema, she is acutely aware of all of them and does everything she can to advise me of how to talk to my medical team about how the lymphedema affects those areas (congestive heart failure and pulmonary hypertension). She knows my needs extremely well and addresses them effectively. I highly recommend her skills to anyone in need of lymphedema or not, no matter the cause of it. -Michael N.
